WebD2 is an oldschool ARPG, so instead of a dedicated endgame like most modern ARPGs, you mostly just grind the story content and bosses. A big difference with D3 is that items can actually be super rare. In D3 nothing is really that rare. And that max level (99) is actually very hard to reach. No unlimited Paragon BS.
