My house had constant problems with not getting good speeds from it and lagging in games. It got to the point we were getting kilobits per second and could barely run Zoom (with Ethernet!) and the open reach engineer came over and said they don’t know what’s wrong as the line was okay when it was tested.

Whilst watching a programme, connection drops about 3 or 4 times and then may take about 5 minutes to reconnect.
